Per Florida state policy, customers are entitled to an estimate for any repair bill exceeding $150

Labor is warrantied for the lesser of either 1 year or 10000miles, excluding improper maintenance or the use of customer supplied parts.

For the sale of new tires, F.S. 403.718 mandates a $1.00 fee for each new tire sold in the State of Florida.

For the sale of a new or remanufactured battery, F.S. 403.7185 mandates a $1.50 fee for each new or remanufactured battery sold in the State of Florida.

Estimates including a separate charge for shop supplies or hazardous/other waste removal, This charge represents costs and profits to the motor vehicle repair facility for miscellaneous shop supplies or waste disposal.

Charge for storage after 3 working days after customer notified is $40/day

If repair commencement is authorized but completion is not, a $300 charge will be imposed for disassembly, reassembly or partially completed work.

No fee for estimates unless teardown is required, in which case a flat-rate labor fee of $70/hr will apply, to which the customer will be notified prior to any work being completed..
